Enhancing a Home’s Beautiful Cottage Character

We met the Beyhans through our friend, Camille Quinn, who we have assisted with remodeling projects for two homes she has owned. After taking a look at the Beyhans’ house and admiring its unique Tulsa cottage character, we all knew that this would be a perfect fit for a Tulsa Renew renovation!

An important factor in this remodeling project was to retain the character of the home. So, we installed custom wood windows that would visually complement and blend with the original wood windows. The next step was to address the front of the home, which needed new stucco and cedar trim in the front gables due to years of water damage. We replaced both the stucco and the trim to exactly match the original. It looks beautiful!

Finally, we upgraded the sides and back of the home’s exterior by replacing the old wood siding with James Hardie® fiber cement siding. We also installed a new moisture barrier to replace the old felt moisture barrier. The Beyhans’ home will now look fabulous for many more years to come!

Homeowner's Testimonial

“From start to finish this was a first class experience. I love the windows, inside and out. The siding, trim and stucco work looks great and kept with the original look to our 1920’s home. The people who worked each step from ordering to finish painting were on time, knew what needed to be done & did it with no fuss.
We’ve had many compliments from neighbors & friends. I would highly recommend Tulsa Renew to anyone.”
